This thirteen-song debut EP shows the promise that Alice Cooper has. ‘Hey Stoopid’ kicks the album off with a blast of pure pop energy. Since Alice Cooper last CD (Hey Stoopid) on EMI Records back in 1991, I have felt a massive void in my life. Hey Stoopid constantly brilliant.
I hope to keep hearing Alice Cooper works for a long time to come. Dangerous Tonight - Well, here we get a bit more meaning. This track is nearly perfect if not perfect. This track is just fantastic from start to finish. Love’s A Loaded Gun is another favourite of mine. Hey Stoopid is a exquisite song and it grows on you. Vocal harmonies in this track are great and song structure is just right. I can’t stop playing Little By Little. I find myself hearing bits of Die For You here and there throughout my waking hours. A great put together song. After about the third Wind-Up Toy listen through, I began to believe this song is Alice Cooper’s essence.
