This is the first studio album from Ace Of Base since bad diagnosis in 1995. This disc has all of the essential Ace Of Base classics. Lead single “Beautiful Life” and “Never Gonna Say I’m Sorry” start with near-whispers before kicking into giddily catchy, fuzz box-driven hollered hooks. The Bridge is the best essence of Ace Of Base.
A great put together song. Lucky Love is a catchy, up-tempo track that has influence of music streams without leaning too much in that direction. This track is possibly the biggest guilty pleasure on The Bridge. Ace Of Base has astounded me with this amazing track. In Ravine full palet of sound is used by Ace Of Base to accentuate the presentation. Perfect World - For me, this is the best of the album. Angel Eyes to me is the best you can get from Ace Of Base. Whispers In Blindness is kind of track that compels you to skip back and drink it in one more time before moving on through The Bridge. My Deja Vu is a great opener for The Bridge. You and I without a doubt is the standout song of The Bridge. Overall a nice softer song. Musically Que Sera is superior to other tracks in The Bridge. Just ‘N’ Image hits the heart. Lucky Love (Acoustic Version) catches attention immediately, Experience Pearls is the first taste of the new album. It’s a great pleasure to listen to Blooming 18 from the beginning to the end.
