I am not a real Metal: Death,Black music type of person, but i have to admit ‘Orkblut - The Retaliation’ really is amazing. ‘Orkblut - The Retaliation’ kicks the album off with a blast of pure pop energy. This compilation contains all of the biggest hits by Abigor. Oh yes, this album gets Array out of Array
Strong, powerful vocals of Abigor in Bloodsoaked Overture are very impressive. Remembering Pagan Origins great lyrics, dark, deep, angry and cool.The Rising Of Our Tribe is the more seemingly obscure song on Orkblut - The Retaliation that bear up best to repeated listening. I love the melodic melody of Medieval Echoes and to this day it makes me feel good. Emptiness - Menschenfeind - Untamed Devastation rocked my world when I popped it into my car stereo. In To The Final Strike you won’t find any flashy solos. Nice and different song. What sets The Soft and Last Sleep apart is Abigor’s innovative and organic way of creating atmospheres. Severance had me crying as I was able to relate so well. Although I prefer the faster paced music, I think Langsum Verhallte Des Lebens Schmerz is my favorite song on Orkblut - The Retaliation.
